When you are in Stockholm, one of the best things to do is going on a cruise on the Baltic Sea . A popular route is a short tip to Mariehamn, the capital of Åland Islands which is an autonomous territory belonging to Finland.
On a gorgeous day in August 2007, me and my son boarded Isabella, which is called Isabelle today, for a day trip. We sailed off in the morning in Stockholm, turned around in the harbor of Mariehamn and got back to the Swedish capital around sunset time.
